Last Friday, our customer service team organised the second Quality Control Meeting with the key directors from different production lines. We set some good and wrong examples to discuss how to correct or insist.
Every year we'll attend some production management courses and invite the production team and customer service team here. After learning, it's just the start, then we have to localize it and make it practical to be carried out. When they truly become our own tools, we'll check how many problems we have and make the instruction steps to specific positions. Finally, we will look back regularly like the QC meeting to see how to correct the instruction steps. Stay in this way, we can constantly complete our own practical and effective QC plans.
