Yesterday, we organised a regular Quality Control Meeting to discuss some complaits happened recently. All of the key positions from different production lines and our customer servicers attended it.
The Quality Control Meeting is the most popular and regular way we implement. The meeting is only a part of the QC Training Program. When we learn new training courses regarding production management, it's just the start, then we have to localize it and make it practical to be carried out. When they truly become our own tools, we will check how many problemswehave and make the instruction steps to specific positions. Finally, we will look back to see how to correct the plans and instruction steps. Stay in this way, we can constantly complete our own practical and effective QC plans.
If there are quality complaints, what will you do? Do your customers have this question? Indeed, nobody can 100% say all of our products are 100% good, even though you did your best to design a good and effective production workflow.
By preparing the effective meetings and trainings, we hope to standardize and optimize the production process constantly. Japanese 6S management, Quality Track Sheets, we're keeping learning and make us better to afford your trust!
