Yesterday, our customer service team work togerther with our production team to make a meeting and standardize the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) document.
Quality and Performance really matters! So by these meetings, we will let the production team and R&D team know the customers' feedback from the frontline market. Then we can work well with the R&D, production and customer service team.
All these works are a part of Quality Control so we do hope all the customers cooperating with us can focus more on their customers and markets not the production and delivery. EZshine and Ashine make the job on a regular basis.
