Responsible for quality check is not a slogan. QC just has a start but no ending. From 5th May to 18th May, EZshine team continuely paid a vist in Sinho, a small but very famous for the details, to learn how Sinho team to build and execute the Quality Control concept & policy.
We organized our Management team, Production, QC, and Customer Service team there to discuss how can we improve our Quality Check work gradually.
Before the quality accident happen, we have to keep sharing new ideas to learn how can we reduce risk of the quality problem. That's why we come here.
If quality problems happened inevitably, we cannot escape because we have to do long-term partnership. EZshine's feedback is checking the reason firstly to tell the client why it happened and then we will afford the loss due to the quality problem, finally we will tell you
our plans how to avoid this risk next time.
Let's say there is not 100% things, so the key of the quality complaints is your feedback when you met the quality complaints. Fortunately, due to EZshine's long-term value to our partner. We never escape and always keep quick response to our partners' feedback.
