Why do we come to apply for this legal protection from the customs? How can this protect our partners’ interests overseas?  Here we will make you clear.

From 2019 and 2021, the patent products Mshine Marble Pad and Diamond Ring Pad are successively developed in the market. As so far, we sold over 100,000 pieces which can also explain the unique high performance we can bring to marble stone floor polishing market.

But since 2020, we found some dealers exported our patent products overseas without our official authorization, at a lower price, which is illegal since we’re the holder of the Invention Patent and Design Patent for these products. We have taken differently restricted including legal ways to prevent this. But for the sake of protecting the partners’ interest and making the market competition in order, we decided to apply legal protection from the Administration of China Customs.

According to the PRC Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights Regulations, Articles No.29.“Where the import or export of goods that infringe upon Intellectual Property Rights constitutes a criminal offense, criminal liability shall be pursued according to law.”

Any companies who never get our official authorization to export the goods overseas shall be warned, fined or in detention once they’re inspected by the customs. We encourage all the partners to supervise it together with us.
