On May 27th, EZshine team organised a summary meeting with the main production team, management team, marketing team and customer service team.

Since March 25th, EZshine team began to promote the new upgrade version Production Tracking List in the production department. This summary meeting will show the phased implementation results of the new one and find more solutions regarding the issues during the test run.

The upgrade Production Tracking List aims to correct unreasonable work flows and assist workers reduce risk of quality problem. More important is that it can help the EZshine team track the quality problems faster and give quick respond than ever. In the meeting, all people from various positions participated actively in the discussion.

The summary meeting is divided into five parts:
1. Overall summary of the trial implementation stage;
2. Commend the personnel who provide valuable suggestions and criticize & correct the problems in the implementation process;
3. Organize the person in charge of each process to conduct inspection and assessment of product tracking list with cases;
4. Deeply analyze the problems and causes in the actual implementation of product tracking orders and discuss solutions;
5. Summarized the implementation standards and results of product tracking list and included them in the next round of assessment.

Quality is the life of the products. So it deserves the most attention. EZshine team will keep organising this summary meetiong in the future.
