Project Introduction

Qianhai Life Guangzhou General Hospital is the flagship hospital of Qianhai Life's medical and health care sector. It is a health care complex that integrates prevention, health care, treatment, scientific research, teaching and recreation. The hospital covers a total area of 98,000 square metres, with a construction area of 470,000 square metres, more than 40 clinical departments, 84 outpatient consultation rooms and 1,800 planned beds. The hospital plans to focus on building six medical centres, including the Neurology Centre, the Digestive Disease Centre, the Cardiovascular Medicine Centre, the MDT Sleep Medicine Centre, the Rehabilitation Medicine Centre and the Oncology Medicine Centre, to become a tertiary general hospital with comprehensive facilities and advanced equipment in Guangzhou and even in Guangdong.

Flooring types cover PVC (around 60,000 sq ft), marble flooring, inorganic grinding stone flooring.

Challenge

Waxing and re-waxing of floors is an essential part of daily floor care. The ordinary way of waxing and waxing is often time-consuming and labour-intensive, starting from soaking in waxing water, grinding, absorbing sewage, passing through clear water and so on, until the final two layers of waxing. Especially in areas such as hospital wards and operating theatres, where the time available for waxing is short and the environment is relatively confined and poorly ventilated, the safety and environmental protection requirements of the medical and patient population are generally high due to the special nature of hospitals. Traditional waxing and re-waxing methods can hardly meet the needs of such customers.

The main focus is on wax removal from PVC flooring. Thick wax is used throughout the hospital in wards and other areas, while thin wax is used in corridors, locker rooms and other areas. The aim is to remove all old wax surfaces and re-wax to maintain neatness, brightness and anti-slip properties.

For extra thick wax (more than 1 year)

The EZstrip pad + water alone is not efficient for extra thick waxes, but it reduces the use of wax remover.

For thin wax (3-6 months)

Very efficient, saves cost and time on wax remover . Solves the problem of yellow spots on PVC after sunlight exposure from floor wax remover；Removes residual wax surface.

Results

2. Immediately remove stubborn yellow spots

Certain areas of direct sunlight, wax removal water will produce stubborn yellow spots, time-consuming and labor-intensive to repair, rather than use the diamond pad, add water will not be yellowing. Solves the fundamental problem. This problem may not always occur and waxing water would not be used.

Thick wax + wax removal, some times because the reaction is not sufficient there will be residual wax surface, generally is to be again on the wax water. you can use the diamond pad to replace this process, fast save time, high efficiency!
