Floor Stripping & Deep Cleaning

As usual, in the supermarket, schools and hospitals, the FM will put the chemical layers like PU coatings on resilient floors like PVC, Linoleum, Rubber, etc...to make the floor shine and slip-resistance to protect people and the floor.

The problem is when the old coatings get dull, stained and scratched, you have to remove them with floor stripper chemicals, which is not a good idea because:

Floor Scrubbers are never the first choice for floor stripping unless the area is very big and the schedule is tight, you can use it but we advise 10 passes. Single Disc Machine with extra weights or Oscillating Machine are always your first option to remove old coating layers. 6 passes are enough with good result.

For choosing machines, our advice is same as above in floor stripping.
